Musicmakers was formed with the objective of finding more opportunities for performance for the many professional musicians who live in the region. We have a wide range of musical styles and instruments for you to choose from, ensuring the perfect combination for your event. Our satisfied clients to date include Waveney Rover, Adnams, Somerleyton Hall, ARCO, Hintlesham Hall, Norwich City Football Club, Marshalls of Cambridge, Langley Castle, and Lumley Castle Hotel. We are active in promoting musicians from outside the UK, working together to organise suitable venues and touring schedules.

One of our more recent new ventures has been the launching of our composition service where we offer to write music for specific occasions whether the client requires a simple jingle or a theme for an advert. We are also able to offer full production facilities for voice overs and musical recording. We have played in and promoted several Lunchtime Jazz and Classic Strings concerts all over the East of England. The Bushmills String Quartet, who have featured regularly in these events, are now the Quartet in residence for the Wolsey Theatre, Ipswich. The Sterling Duo are the musicians in residence for Southwold Theatre Jazz at the Crown for the Summer season.

WEDDINGS We specialise in weddings, from the ceremony itself to the Wedding Breakfast, Champagne Reception, and, of course, dancing later on in the evening. During the ceremony our singers, harpists and flautists can provide a full range of styles and repertoire to make the event truly memorable. DANCE MUSIC If it's dance music that you need, look no further. We can offer everything from from swing bands to current chart covers. If it's more of a traditional feel that you are after, our ceilidh bands are excellent. We guarantee to get everyone off their feet and onto the dance floor. Whatever the occasion, you can rely on us to provide perfect musical entertainment.
